Your cosplay is AMAZING!! Great job!! :iconkakathumbsupplz:

If you don't mind me asking, did you use an adhesive to get the tan lining onto the cape or did you just sew it around the edges and the materials clung together? (Currently making an Ike cosplay for my sister...the cosplay is going to be the same as the male version, just tailored for her & with a long-haired wig) Also, did you make the sword out of wood?

Again, I can't stress enough how well your cosplay came out!!

Thank you x)

I just took a large sheet of red fabric and beige fabric and sewed them together along the edges like you would do for a pillow :) I actually didn't even sew along the fourth edge and tore it up a little bit on purpose for effect :D The two layers still stick together adequately, even during strong winds, probably because they are kinda heavy, but you'll have nothing to worry about if you don't want to glue them together ;)

The sword is mainly made out of foam board and a bit of crafting foam, the only part that's wood is the handle. I'll probably upload a step by step tutorial soon as I have photographed almost the whole process ;D

Too bad it isn't visible in any of the pictures :( We wanted to take a few photos outside where there was heavy wind all day long, but didn't find the time anymore ^^' Next time though! :D
